Mr. Bidgood's agreement having expired, he will by his departure sever his connection with the service, but he desires after a period of some months to enter into a new agreement, and return to the Colony, and on the recommendation of the Director of Public Works I have to request that the Crown Agents may be instructed to re-engage him on a three years' agreement at a salary of $135 a month and
